Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth is on. Try quitting and relaunching the Mac app.
Force-quit the iPhone app, reopen it, and wait for reconnection. If persistent, restart the Mac app.
Check System Settings → Privacy & Security and allow PhoneDeck if prompted. macOS 13 or later required.
Ensure you tap Save after editing your page. Changes made mid-session are not auto-saved.
Grant Accessibility access in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
A congested Wi-Fi network can add latency. Try connecting both devices to a 5 GHz band.
